  1. Your words, please know, have 'always' lifted me to a divine place of beauty because I look up to you as a personal hero, mentor and spiritual twin. You have taught me so much about life and love and friendship and although at times our waters have been rough and the journey rocky I will always love you for who you are, what you mean to me, and yes these words and so many others which have come from your big beautiful brave heart during your times of suffering and hardship has made me truly a humbled man. I bang the drum not slowly for you but only in celebration because you are Sannel, you are a survivor and a life force and a gift of life to me.

  3. Beautiful. Simply beautiful. That someone is very lucky. The photo is beautiful and a perfect match for your lovely words. I'm so jealous of your vacation spot. Maybe ... someday I will visit that beautiful place. Enjoy it while you can, Sannel! Great job!

  7. Absolutely profound..... and so often someone is waiting in vain, as it takes so long for waves to tour the oceans......

    What a thought-provoking haiku!

  8. Beautiful imagery complimented with beautiful poetry. Meaning is discovery of endless moments. Waves like ripples majestically call upon one's eyes offering hope of tomorrow does arrive. Each of newness with difference of change gently roll upon the shore.

This poem speaks of seeing beyond the waters and into the grace of nature providing for the poet upon a shore.
